Ihob uses very detailed in-depth practical videos for online learning. When it comes to practical assessments, we have developed a method that requires you to come into our college to be assessed on your final assessment only……. Meaning there is minimal classroom attendance time. With continuous support from our lecturers, you will be required to submit a progress report ensure your skill is 100%.

Just like traditional school there is need for continuous professional support from our lecturers through online assignments ….

After completing the course work and you prove to be competent you are required to submit a portfolio of evidence in picture format or video as part of your progress report.

What is important is you practise at home in your self-paced time and this will make you an exceptional student

Yes all Ihob courses are delivered online however some courses have a minimum practical requirements which have to be facilitated and assessed by Ihob lecturers. This then requires classroom attendance for a few days or in other cases practical lessons can be done virtually. That’s why we say Ihob provides a fun learning and travel opportunity for those outside south Africa.  You can learn our courses online and when you visit south Africa you come in for your practical assessments

Yes there are but only for courses which have mandatory practical assessments and these practical assessments are done at the end of each course in south Africa or virtually online through Live virtual facilitation e.g. zoom

Ihob does not use a grading system with all Ihob qualifications, however there is a minimum practical competence that is required for you to earn your certificate.
